Warranties & Returns
All our products are backed by the manufacturers warranty. The warranty period varies by product but if any product is found defective and is still under warranty, please contact GSD and our technical staff will try to establish the fault with you. Where warranty information is not list in the eStore, it is one year. We will make arrangements to collect and replace the item if the item is deemed defective and undamaged by the customer. If the item is returned and the technicians find that it has been damaged in any way by the customer or is in working order no credit or replacement will be granted and collection and return delivery costs will be charged.

GSD sell all its products with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. We will arrange upliftment from your home or premises and will gladly refund your money minus shipping costs and a 10% handling fee as long as the item has not been used, is still in its original sealed packaging condition. Please let GSD know why you are not satisfied and we will arrange a convenient collection time with you.

All software, media, consumables and cartridges supplied, have no warranty.
